國際新藥發(fā)明科技年會(huì)2003年由百奧泰國際會(huì)議（大連）有限公司發(fā)起，致力于為全球藥物研發(fā)領(lǐng)域的精英搭建一個(gè)相互交流與合作的國際平臺(tái)，為行業(yè)發(fā)展提供新思路、指引新方向，以此推動(dòng)全球藥物研發(fā)的發(fā)展。新藥發(fā)明科技年會(huì)已經(jīng)在北京、南京、深圳、大阪等地成功舉辦了十四屆，成功地吸引了逾萬名世界著名專家、學(xué)者、企業(yè)家參與，是新藥研發(fā)領(lǐng)域重要的品牌性會(huì)議。

本屆年會(huì)將邀請(qǐng)國內(nèi)外著名院士、世界各大知名制藥公司高管、著名專家學(xué)者和企業(yè)家領(lǐng)銜主講，共計(jì)200個(gè)報(bào)告。將邀請(qǐng)來自世界40多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)的500位藥物研發(fā)領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)專業(yè)人士參加會(huì)議，50家著名企業(yè)參加展覽，將向世界展示重大新藥創(chuàng)制的前沿技術(shù)和科技成果，引導(dǎo)國際新藥研發(fā)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和前沿動(dòng)向，促進(jìn)科研成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化合作。
