Field Service Engineer, Protein Small Molecule

Location: Beijing

Position Scope:

Provides installation, basic operation training and repair (warranty, contract and billable) within an assigned area to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Undertakes scientific instruments installation, basic training, maintain, telephone and on-site service.

2. May help and coach other field service engineers to make solution to solve on-site problems.

3. May liaise with global technical support centre and other specialists to report and correct faults.

4. Able and willing to travel extensively to cover our distributed instrument base throughout East China and Central China/South China and Southwest China/North China and Northeast China, up to 5-15 days per month.


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor degree or above. major in: Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, chemistry, instrument or Electronics.

· At least 3 years working experience in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or instrument service.

· Experienced in Health Care or Biotech & large corporation is welcome.

· Proven system analytical problem solving skills.

· Able and willing to learning new technology and new skill.

· Well communication skills required, either to internal partner and customers.

· Well oral and written English skill.

· Well computer skills using windows and Microsoft office.

· Able and willing to travel extensively to cover our distributed instrument base throughout China.

維修工程師, 質(zhì)譜產(chǎn)品

工作地點(diǎn)：北京

職責(zé)范圍：

為所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)的客戶提供設(shè)備安裝，基本操作培訓(xùn)和維修。確保客戶儀器的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及高水平的客戶滿意度。


主要職責(zé)：

1. 負(fù)責(zé)儀器安裝，基本操作培訓(xùn)，維修保養(yǎng)，并提供遠(yuǎn)程和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)

2. 在需要時(shí)，幫助和指導(dǎo)其他維修工程師，共同尋求方案，解決問(wèn)題

3. 與全球技術(shù)支持中心和其他的專(zhuān)業(yè)人員保持聯(lián)系，匯報(bào)并解決故障


教育/經(jīng)歷背景：

· 分子生物學(xué)，生物化學(xué)，化學(xué)，儀器或電子專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
· 三年以上分子生物學(xué)，生物化學(xué)或儀器維修領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
· 具大型醫(yī)療或生物技術(shù)企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
· 良好的分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力
· 樂(lè)于學(xué)習(xí)新技術(shù)和新技能
· 良好的溝通技巧，能與公司內(nèi)部人員及客戶保持良好關(guān)系
· 良好的英語(yǔ)口頭表達(dá)和書(shū)寫(xiě)能力
· 熟練使用計(jì)算機(jī)和Office辦公軟件
· 能適應(yīng)經(jīng)常性出差
